Also known as gravel trucks or a tipper trucks, it's essentially a truck with a trailer that can haul tens of thousands of pounds worth of goods. It's primarily used in the construction industry for hauling gravel, stone, used building materials, and so on. Additional applications for our dump trucks include hauling soil, snow, demolition material and more.
They usually come either with backs that can open up for easy dumping or rigs that push the truck bed up so all the materials can be tipped out (hence the names dump truck and tipper truck).

It varies from truck to truck, but hauling around 40,000 pounds is pretty standard, which is roughly 400 cubic feet. Be sure to take the extra water weight into account when hauling certain materials.
The boxes we install on our gravel trucks are steel dump bodies usually sourced from Grainmaster, Cancade or Gincor. Tandem gravel trucks are generally outfitted with a 20-foot dump box that can include features like Hardox, rub rails, flip tarps, pintle packages, lift axles and more. We can also outfit our trucks with dump bodies for contractors, landscapers and roofers as well as sanders and plows among other applications.
How many dump trucks do you have in stock?
It depends on the season, but we usually have roughly 5-10 in stock at any given time, and new ones can be ordered whenever you wish.
