COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER: Trucks: $40/day, Tractors: $70/day Trailers: $25/day
CUSTOMER INSURANCE MAXIM PLATE FEE: Straight Truck: $10/day Tractor Base Plate: $15/day Tractor IRP: $20/day
