The trailer is made from a combination of steel and aluminum to create a truly strong and durable trailer while still being lightweight.
The main feature of this flat deck is the Conestoga XP Rolling Tarp system to fully cover your load and protect your cargo from harsh weather conditions.
The Conestoga’s sleek, smooth aerodynamic front aluminum bulkhead is available in DOT and non-DOT options to meet your needs. Man doors are optional and only in non-DOT-rated bulkheads.
It can be built with interior heights from 72” to 104” with dual or optional quad uplift bows.
It’s covered with a 20 oz panelized grey tarp that minimizes maintenance and repair costs
Its unique, weather-protected, V-groove Stainless Steel track utilizes steel wheels for easy movement of the tarp system with a lifetime warranty on the tarps wheels and bearings.
Its roll-up or optional pull-up rear curtain is secured with the simple and fast Aerorad securing device which provides a watertight seal.
It’s built with air ride suspension from Hendrickson and can be built as a tandem or a tridem with either fixed or sliding axles.
It can be equipped with an optional 24x24x48 aluminum double door toolbox with a CamLock Style Closure, a perfect place to carry the rigging that you need.

Versatile Floor Design with 1.25" aluminum floor is standard with 2 apitong nailing strips and a Safety-Grip surface for positive traction.
With aluminum Crossmembers, flooring and side-rails these trailers have a light TARE weight so you can haul more and heavier cargo.
For concentrated coil hauling, these trailers can be equipped with up to two coil packages to accommodate heavy coils.
The steel front end with 5x stake pockets is reinforced for D.O.T.-rated bulkheads. Partially recessed marker lights and air and electrical connections are protected within the perimeter of the front stake pockets.
For increased cargo securement flexibility this trailer is optionally equipped with 8 pairs of removable chain tie-down plates that hook into the side edges of the deck full length. These chain tie-down plates are stored in optional lockable custom boxes on either side of the trailer.
This trailer is equipped with the optional Hendrickson HXL5 wheel-end package which carries a 5-year warranty.
Great Dane is standard on premium Bridgestone tires and this trailer has the optional R196A tires for low rolling resistance and excellent life in high scrub applications.
