CUSTOMER SUPPLIED REGISTRATION DEDUCTIONS: Straight Trucks (-$150/month) Daycab Tractors (-$300/month) Sleeper Tractors (-$500/month)
CUSTOMER INSURANCE MAXIM PLATE FEE: Straight Truck: $5/day Tractor Base Plate: $12/day Tractor IRP: $18/day
