The Prestige Standards Program is an evolving certification program designed to elevate and align a customer’s experience at International® truck dealerships across North America.
The standards span across several areas of the business and are built upon industry best practices and focus on capability and customer service. Dealer locations that achieve the standard requirements set forth by the program are awarded the title of being a Prestige Certified location for that year.
